is a partnership of individual investors with formidable track records across a broad array of businesses. The firm’s principals, co-founders Andrew Foley and Wade Ellis, are responsible for managing the fund on behalf of its investing partners. The group provides operating management and leadership with the flexibility to pursue acquisitions and fund capital expansion, taking a customized approach to investing and priding ourselves on creating flexible solutions, delivering on what we promise.

targets to acquire and expand companies, both as control and minority investors, most generally in the form of equity or equity-like instruments. Our firm targets companies with competitive positions and the ability to maintain or expand margins, demonstrating capability to produce excess cash flows and have manageable customer concentration. We apply a partnership approach in everything we do, contributing leadership and sound judgement in addition to capital.
